Terms of Use

Last updated: September 27, 2026

These terms apply to websites, applications, software, hosted resources, game servers, and other online services I operate or make available through EAEPP, including services that may be accessed through third-party platforms, applications, protocols, or direct connections rather than through the eaepp.com domain, unless a particular service provides different terms.

Non-commercial services

The services are operated for personal, non-commercial purposes and are not operated as a commercial business.

Access

Access to any service is discretionary.

An account, invitation, registration, public link, previous access, or other permission does not create a right to continued access.

Access may be restricted, suspended, or permanently removed at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Game servers

EAEPP game servers may have additional server-specific rules or requirements communicated through the server, its website, or other official server information. Participation in a game server is also subject to those rules.

Server worlds, saves, configurations, player data, and other server data may be modified, reset, rolled back, replaced, or discontinued at any time.

Accounts and credentials

Users are responsible for protecting their credentials and for activity performed through their accounts.

Users must not use another person's account or credentials without permission.

Use of services

Services must not be used for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, attacks, exploitation of security vulnerabilities, intentional disruption, credential theft, malware, fraud, phishing, spam, or activity that creates an unreasonable security or operational risk.

Users are responsible for complying with laws and third-party rules applicable to their use of a service.

User content

Users remain responsible for content they submit, upload, transmit, store, generate, or share through a service.

Users must have whatever rights are necessary to use and share that content.

By using functionality that processes user content, users permit that content to be processed as reasonably necessary to provide the requested functionality, including storage, transmission, synchronization, computation, processing, display, backup, and other technical operations.

Public content

Content intentionally made public or shared through a public or shareable link may be accessed, copied, forwarded, indexed, stored, or otherwise used by other people.

Users should not use public functionality for information that must remain confidential.

Generated or processed content

Some services may process submitted information and return generated, transformed, analyzed, or otherwise computed results.

No guarantee is made concerning the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, or availability of generated or processed results.

Data and backups

Data may be deleted, modified, lost, corrupted, or become inaccessible at any time.

Backups may be incomplete, unavailable, outdated, or eventually deleted.

Users are responsible for maintaining their own copies of information that matters to them.

Security

No guarantee is made that a service, account, communication, submitted content, generated result, or stored information will be secure.

Security issues may be reported to contact@eaepp.com.

Service changes

Services, features, software, accounts, content, links, configurations, and other components may be changed, restricted, removed, or discontinued at any time.

Third-party software and services

Services may use or interact with third-party software, infrastructure, providers, applications, models, libraries, networks, or other services.

Third-party services may have their own terms, licenses, privacy policies, and practices.

No warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

No guarantee is made concerning availability, uptime, reliability, security, confidentiality, performance, accuracy, data preservation, recovery, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no liability is assumed for loss of data, loss of access, service interruption, security incidents, communications failures, inaccurate or unwanted results, or other damages arising from use of the services.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Changes

These terms may be changed at any time. The date at the top identifies the current version.
